We offer a fully integrated Track and Trace facility that connects to the Royal Mail and Interlink Express websites allowing you to easily check on the progress of your order from dispatch through to delivery.
All our delivery methods, except Royal Mail's Pre 1pm and Pre 9am Special Delivery services, are sent with instructions to leave safe or with a neighbour if no one is in. However it must be noted that if the delivery driver deems it unsafe or cannot find an immediate neighbour than your order may be taken back to the depot and a while you were out card will be left.
